The probation officer performs the protection and restriction work that is directed and supervised by the public procurator.

1.A parolee under protection and restriction (Paragraph 2 of Article 93 of Criminal Law).

2.Those who are temporary respite under protection and restriction (Paragraph 1 of Article 93 of Criminal Law).

3.Those who are under protection and restriction substitute the verdict of the security. (Article 92 of Criminal Law)

To guide and assist those who are under protection and restriction： The probation officer should guide and assist the people who are under protection and restriction to revive and get used to the social life to keep the social security in accordance with the principles of individualization and science treatment.
