The scope of this organization business is to focus on investigating, instituting proceedings against somebody, executing public prosecution and criminal adjudication. In addition, the jobs of probation and revival protection are included in this scope, which is to lead the people who go astray to become good not to jeopardize the public safety any more. Also, this organization has actively promoted the Protection Law of Criminal Victims that announced on Oct. 1, 1998 to expect each victim who can get the proper protection and the legal compensation.
